Our guarantee: If Flux does not ship by 31 December 2026, you will receive a full refund — no questions asked.

Pre-Order Refunds

Non-delivery guarantee: If we fail to ship by 31 December 2026, all pre-orders will be automatically refunded in full.
Damaged in transit: If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with a photo and we'll send a replacement.
Wrong order: If you receive the wrong item, we'll cover return shipping and send the correct one.

How Refunds Work

Refunds are processed back to your original payment method via Stripe
Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement
